The fun and adventures that Donna, also known as Nanaw, enjoyed in her lifetime are too numerous to count. They ranged from playing cards or boardgames around the kitchen table to traveling to multiple places. One of her favorite destinations was Costa Rica where she was able to go four times—intending to go again! Other favorite destinations are the places she would go to attend birthdays, graduations, weddings and any other event that anyone in her family had going on—siblings, kids, grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces, nephews and friends she considered family.
Donna’s greatest joy, spending time with family, meant more than anything else to her. She made everyone feel special, loved, included and cared for. She always wanted to bring everyone together—that is what delighted her heart and soul. She’s been a bright light in countless lives, to family and friends alike. Some would say she was the glue that holds us all together and no doubt she hopes that she’s made it so we all stick that way—together. She was our favorite cook because she delighted in making sure we were all fed, and if she were here right now, she would be checking to see if we are hungry while on her way to the kitchen to start cooking us something good to eat with the love only she could put into it!
Donna was preceded in death by her parents Don and Amy Lohner; sister Ann McKenzie and sister Susan Daugherty.
She is survived by daughter Gena and her husband Charles McLean, Jr.; sons Greg Stucks and Chris Lohner; grandchildren Jeff Griffith and wife Whitney; Dylanci and husband Colton Mangum, Zane Amstutz and wife Shannon, Evan Stucks and Elizabeth Lohner; great-grandchildren Myra, Brayden and Ardyn Griffith, Bryer, Nash and Lakin Mangum, Lane Amstutz; sisters Janet Bowman, Nan and husband Bill Weller; brother Tim Lohner and wife Susan; nieces and nephews Janice Palma, Stephanie Romero, Jill McCormick, Tamara Thompson, Chad Daugherty, Scott McKenzie and Jonathon McKenzie plus each member of their families and several bonus family members.
