Michael David Little

Funeral service for Michael David Little, age 74, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 30, 2015 in the McRay Funeral Home Chapel. Jack Jerman will officiate.
 
Michael David Little was born the son of Elza Elbert Little and Jeanette Laura Barton Little on February 5, 1941 in Butte, Montana. He died on July 26, 2015 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
 
Michael graduated from Las Vegas High School, Las Vegas, Nevada in 1960. He married Stella Housley and together they had four children. Following a move to Oklahoma, he worked at KWTV Channel 9 in Oklahoma City before going to work at Southwestern Bell, where he worked for 25 years. Michael married Wilma O’Briant on June 23, 2010. He attended Southern Oaks Church of Christ.
 
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Elza and Jeanette Little and a brother, Jim Little.
 
Michael is survived by his wife Wilma Little; step-mother Ann Little; son David Little and Amanda; son Kevin Little; daughter Tracey Arledge and James; daughter Leslie Khichi and Mahmood; sister Sallie Schafer; sister Debbie Somma; sister Nancy Buckley; and ten grandchildren.
 
Interment will be in the McLoud Riverside Cemetery in McLoud, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of McRay Funeral Home.

Nora Ann Peach

Memorial service for Nora Ann Peach, age 51 of Chickasha will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 25, 2015, at the Grand Assembly of God Church.

Nora Ann Peach was born the daughter of Ira Lynn Robertson and Margie Fay Rush Robertson on April 8, 1964 in Bakersfield, California. She died on July 21, 2015 at her home in Chickasha.

Nora grew up in Bakersfield, California. In 1982, she moved to Chickasha where she worked for Pet Milk until it closed, then began work as a nail technician. For the past fifteen years, she has been a customer service agent for Southwest Airlines. Nora loved to travel. She loved going to the lake, the beach, the mountains of Colorado, and anywhere outdoors. She loved anything that involved being with her family and friends. Nora also loved planting and nurturing the flowers and landscaping in her back yard.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ira and Margie Robertson, brother Bobby Robertson, sister Diana Robertson, and twin sister Dora Robertson.

She is survived by her husband Mark Peach of the home; daughter and husband Katrina and Robert Tozier of Dallas, Texas; son and wife Eric and Jessie Peach of Choctaw; son and wife Matthew and Whitney Peach of Norman; sister Rose Tolman of Silverton, Oregon; sister Lynnie Eakin of California; brother Dale Robertson of Bakersfield, California; brother Kenny Robertson of Norman; father in law Grandpa Lowell Peach; sister in law and husband, Renee and Steve Ramsey; and numerous other family and friends.

Cremation and services are under the direction of McRay Funeral Home.


Eric Sun Lasseter

Funeral service for Eric Sun Lasseter, age 37 of Chickasha, Oklahoma, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 20, 2015 in the Southern Oaks Church of Christ. Ron Babbit will officiate.

Eric was born the son of Richard Daniel Lasseter and Donna Gaye Barnett Satterlee on March 10, 1978 in Chickasha. He died on July 16, 2015 at his home in Blanchard.

Eric lived in Chickasha all of his life and graduated from Chickasha High School. While in high school, he joined the National Guard. He competed in the State High School Rodeo Association and the National Finals. Eric began his working life in the oilfield and worked in many capacities for many years. At the same time, he started a security business providing security for businesses and events. He also worked as a horse trainer. Eric married Jennifer Starr on May 31, 2008 in Oklahoma City.

He was preceded in death by his brother Joel Austin Lasseter; maternal grandmother Arnell Barnett and paternal grandparents RH "Son" Lasseter and Rebecca Ann Lasseter.

Survivors include his wife Jennifer Starr Lasseter of the home; daughter Lauren Lasseter of the home; father and wife Rick and Connie Lasseter of Chickasha; mother and husband Donna and Bob Satterlee of Chickasha; maternal grandfather Clinton Barnett of Duncan; mother-in-law and father-in-law Mike and Karen Starr of Blanchard; sister Stephani Haslam of Edmond; sister and husband Courtney and Ricky Dunigan of Edmond; brother and wife Rob and Apryl Satterlee of Yuba City, CA; brother and wife Brian and Serafima Satterlee of Tampa, FL; brother-in-law and wife James and Tina Starr of Gulf Breeze, FL; uncle and wife Dewayne and Kelli Barnett of Duncan; uncle and wife Steve and Maria Lasseter; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery. Service will be under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.

Kristina Conner Rogers

Memorial service for Kristina Conner Rogers, age 49, of Arlington, TX will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2015 in the McRay Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Gene Escoe of Walters, OK will officiate.

Kristina Conner Rogers was born the daughter of Kenneth Conner and Rita Kaufmann Conner on August 21, 1965 in Chickasha, OK. She died on June 22, 2015 in Arlington, TX. She graduated from Chickasha High School in 1983 and has lived in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex since the age of 19.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Herbert and Lore Kaufmann and T.J. and Veneta Conner.

Survivors include sons Nicholas Rogers and Matthew Rogers; parents Ken and Rita Conner; brother Kevin Conner; and other family and friends.

Memorial service is under the direction of McRay Funeral Home.


Catrina Jane "Cat" Bertelson

A service of remembrance for Catrina Jane "Cat" Bertelson, age 35 of Alex, Oklahoma, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2015, in the Alex United Methodist Church. Rev. Sue Lykins will officiate.

Catrina Jane was born the daughter of Ernest James Hankins and Deborah Rae Broughton Hankins on December 30, 1979 in Nampa, Idaho. She died on Monday, July 6, 2015 in an auto accident near Alex.

Catrina grew up in Idaho and California. She married Kenny Bertelson on March 16, 2002 in Marsing, Idaho. They moved to Alex, Oklahoma in 2009. Cat worked at various nursing homes in the area. She loved to take care of the elderly and the sick. Cat loved spending time with her boys and attending their activities especially football. She also loved hunting, fishing, and camping.

Catrina was a member of the Alex United Methodist Church. She was active in the children’s programs, drove the church van, and sang in the choir. Cat was always there to give a helping hand when things needed to be done.

Survivors include her husband Kenny Bertelson of Alex; son Justin Hankins of Alex; son Tracy Bertelson of Alex; mother Debbie Hankins of Alex; sister & brother-in-law Stephanie & Jim Pyatt of Notus, Idaho; sister & brother-in-law Becky & TroyTunison of Middleton, Idaho; grandparents Dorothy & James Burtchett of Boise, Idaho; dad David Atwood of Boise, Idaho; father-in-law & mother-in-law Kendall & Linda Bertelson of Aurora, Utah; numerous nieces & nephews; chosen sister & brother-in-law Kristi & Travis Hinkle of Blanchard.

Private family interment will be held in the Alex Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.


Letha Mae Hood

Graveside service for Letha Mae Hood, age 85 of Chickasha, Oklahoma, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, in the Walters Cemetery,Walters, Oklahoma.

Letha Mae was born the daughter of Morris John Henry Covington and Linnis Taylor Covington on June 27, 1930 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. She died on July 13, 2015 in Chickasha.

Letha grew up in Cotton County in the Walters and Temple area where she raised five children. In her early years, she owned a small family restaurant. She worked at other jobs during her life, but spent most of her later years as a caregiver in home health. She had lived in Chickasha for 25-30 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents Morris and Linnis Covington; three sisters Betty Holmes, Francis Saylor, and Wanda Sue Taylor; infant daughter Carolyn Thompson.

Survivors include son Jimmy Thompson of Ratliff City; son Olen Thompson of Chickasha; daughter Rhonda Morales of Pocasset; son Phillip Hood of Pocasset; daughter Kimberly Murray of Early, Texas; brother Joe Covington; brother Donnie Covington of Chickasha; brother Kenneth Covington of Yukon; sister Lynda Weddle of Yukon; fourteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.

Service is under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.
