Hazel Marie Holeman
 
Funeral service for Hazel Marie Holeman, 99, of Chickasha will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Epworth United Methodist Church.  Rev. Scott Keneda will officiate.
 
Hazel Marie Holeman was born the daughter of John Wilson and Ida Williams Wilson on January 8, 1918 in Pleasant Hill, OK.  She died on June 15, 2017 in Chickasha.
 
Hazel graduated from Olive High School in Olive, OK.  She married Lawrence Holeman in 1936 and the couple farmed and raised cattle until Lawrence entered the US Army during WWII.  When he was discharged in 1945 they moved to Drumright, OK where he worked for Magnolia Petroleum Company.  During his 37 years with the company, Hazel and Lawrence lived in Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma, living in Chickasha from 1960 to 1965.  They moved back to Chickasha in 1970 after a few years elsewhere.  She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, Susanna Wesley Circle and the Wedding Ring Sunday School Class.
 
Hazel was preceded in death by her husband; parents; four brothers, Floyd, Bud, Johnny and Jack Wilson; one sister Polly Dobbs; and granddaughter Jennifer Bowers Denton.
 
Hazel is survived by her daughter Marilyn Bowers and husband Steve; grandchildren Leah Smith and husband Richard and Mark Bowers and wife Keilani; great-grandchildren Julia Federline, Brittany Comeaux, Reid Smith, Gillian Smith and Sylvia Smith; sister Lola Murphy; and many nieces and nephews.
 
Interment will be Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. in the Bristow City Cemetery in Bristow, OK.  Services are under the direction of McRay Funeral Home.
 

Wanda Louise Woodard Spruell

Funeral service for Wanda Louise Woodard Spruell, 86, of Chickasha will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, June 16, 2017, at Bible Baptist Church.  Brother Kim Hayes will officiate.

Wanda was born the daughter of George W. Davidson and Gwendolyn L. Edwards Davidson on January 8, 1931 in Chickasha.  She died on June 13, 2017 in Oklahoma City.

Wanda grew up in the Chickasha area and attended Cameron College in Lawton after graduating from high school.  In 1951 she married Henry Woodard and the couple made their home in Chickasha.  After a time, they relocated to Anadarko where they lived for 20 years.  While living in Anadarko, Wanda worked for Western Farmers Electric Cooperative in the human resources department. Following the death of Mr. Woodard Wanda moved back to Chickasha. She married Clyde Spruell in 1998.  Wanda was a member of the Bible Baptist Church.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents and both of her husbands.

Wanda is survived by her daughter Sandy Kerr; daughter Jeanee York and husband James; son Henry “Rocky” Woodard and wife Neva; sister Joy Felder and husband Jess; brother George “Whistle” Davidson and wife Delores; stepdaughter Karen Kalb and husband Martin; stepdaughter Susan Mobley and husband Van; grandchildren Cassy Kerr, Glenn Eddie Kerr, Jamie Stuth, Jeri Brooks, Trey Woodard, Kyle Woodard; step- grandchildren Hailey Kalb, Pierce Mobley and Quinn Mobley; and five great-grandchildren.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery.  Services are under the direction of McRay Funeral Home.
