Cynthia Graham Bramblett

Graveside memorial service for Cynthia Lee Bramblett will be at 2:00pm, Monday, September 12, 2022 in the Verden Cemetery, Verden Oklahoma.

Cynthia Lee Bramblett, 66, passed peacefully from this life to her heavenly home on September 7, 2022, in Oklahoma City, surrounded by her family. Cindy was born June 25, 1956, in Subic bay, the Philippines to John Gerald Downes and Chiquita Osborne Downes, where her father was stationed in the Navy. Cindy was approximately eight years old when the family moved to the Verden area where her father was a Navy recruiter in Chickasha, Oklahoma, in the late 1960s. She attended Verden schools and graduated a few months ahead of her class and moved to Norman where she attended OU. When she returned home, she worked for the BIA in Anadarko. Cindy met and married Frank Graham of Verden and they were blessed with two sons, Jason Don Graham and Eric Patrick Graham. Cindy later met and married Jerry Bramblett. They were married for ten years. In her last years her constant companion was Howard Tallent of Verden,OK. They both cared deeply for each other. Cindy had unwavering faith. Every day spent with her always included prayers for her family and friends. Cindy brought everything to God and praised him for his son Jesus Christ and was always thankful for everything in her life. She never met a stranger. She fed, clothed, and housed many people over the years, asked for nothing in return. Cindy was a wonderful daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt and sister. Her greatest joy is her son and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed, but we know we will meet again. Cindy was a proud citizen of the Delaware Nation. The family would like to thank the ladies of the social services office for their help.

Cindy was survived by her son and daughter-in-law Jason and Angela Graham of Colorado, grandchildren Braydon, Jaylyn, and Halee Graham, sister and brother-in-law Kelly and Marty Flow of Verden, brother and sister-in-law Casey Downes, Tonya Seifried, and a special sister for many years, Diana Lee Herring of Lindsey, Nephews Shon, Shane, Dillian, Brent, Matthew, and niece Mikki.

Preceding her in death were her parents, John and Chiquita Downes, her son Eric Patrick Graham, two brothers, Michael J Downes and John Patrick Butch Downes, also a husband, Jerry Bramblett.
