Hazel Elwanda Mandrell was born the daughter of Charles Pickering White and Nellie Bailey White on March 16, 1928 in Sayre, Oklahoma. She died on November 29, 2025 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are with McRay Funeral Home.
