Holly Len Miller
Funeral service for Holly Len Jerman-Miller, 50, of Chickasha, will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Southern Oaks Church of Christ.
Holly was born December 23, 1973, in Mangum, Oklahoma to Jack Carol Jerman and Karen Jerman (McElroy). She passed away on July 8, 2024 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
At age three Holly moved to Amber, Oklahoma where she and her family quickly became integrated into the community. She graduated from Amber-Pocasset High School in 1992 and continued her education at Oklahoma Christian University, graduating with a Bachelor's in Social Work in 1997. Holly also received Master's Degrees in Social Work and Public Health in the years following her graduation. Her love for people and drive to advocate for others inspired her careers in Social Work, Home Health, Hospice and most recently, Senior Living. Holly recently became the Executive Director of Sand Sage of the Highlands Assisted Living where she eagerly oversaw and created a safe and empowering environment for her residents and staff. She married Justin Miller in August of 2010 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Holly's proudest accomplishment was the family she created that day, welcoming two new sons into her heart. She was a loving, proud mother to five children: Tyler Miller, Tanner Wallace, Ryan Miller, Blair Wallace, and Hannah Miller. She was often found cheering on her children from the sidelines of sporting and school events or celebrating their accomplishments with friends and family.
Survivors include her husband Justin Miller; her children Tyler Miller, Tanner Wallace and wife Rachel, Ryan Miller, Blair Wallace, and Hannah Miller; her parents Jack and Karen Jerman; her brother Chad Jerman, his wife Tara, and their son Brock, and her brother Brian Jerman, his wife Kinzie, and their kids Russell, Easton, and Reese. Holly is also survived by a host of good friends and the community she built throughout her career.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Phil and Louise Jerman and JV and Beatrice McElroy, along with her uncle James McElroy.
Services are under the direction of McRay Funeral home.
