Annice passed away on November 19, 2022, at her home in Verden, Oklahoma, surrounded by her family.
Annice was born on September 25, 1939 to Elbert E. and Erma Ruth "McDowell" Cassel in Verden, Oklahoma. Annice was a graduate from Verden high school in 1957 and continued her education at Draughon's Business school. While attending business school she met the love of her life Bill in 1958.
In 1959, she and Bill were married and inseparable from that point on. Annice and Bill were married for over 63 years and had two children, Fred and Denise.
Annice was a fiercely dedicated mom to her children. Family came first and was above all else to Annice. The hole left by Annice's absence is impossible to fill. She adored all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved spending time with them at every available opportunity.
Annice loved her church, teaching Sunday school, playing the piano, singing in the choir, UMW, OHCE, her house plants, and flower gardening. Her favorite music was hymns. She began playing the piano at Dutton UMC, her childhood home church which she attended with her family and her grandparents.
Annice was preceded in death by her parents, Elbert E and Erma Cassel, son Fred Hill and granddaughters Franziska Annice Wall and Abby Michelle Wall, two brothers, Elden Cassel and Dale Cassel.
She is survived by husband Bill, daughter Denise and husband Joe Wall, daughter-in-law Tammie Hill, grandchildren James Wall, Billy Joe Wall and wife Lorinda, Michael Wall, Elizabeth Wedel and husband Tyler, and Katherine Crow and husband Zack, seven great grandchildren, sister Betty and husband Terry Pope, and two sister-in-laws Mary Lou Cassel and Dorothy Cassel and a host of nieces and nephews.
